Browsing this website

Our website code includes no analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, cookies, sign-in or forms. Its images and styles are delivered with the pages. You can read the site without creating an account or sending us information.

How the pages reach you

Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers this website. Cloudflare processes connection and request information, such as IP addresses, browser details and request times, to provide and protect its services. This can involve processing outside Canada. Its retention depends on the purposes and obligations described in the Cloudflare privacy policy. Hosting security features may use technical information or cookies; no tracking code in our pages does not mean the host receives no information.

If you email us

Email links open your email application. Messages to support@steadspring.com and privacy@steadspring.com are forwarded by Porkbun to an operator-controlled Gmail inbox provided by Google. Those providers process addresses, messages, attachments and delivery information for correspondence, which can involve processing outside Canada.

We use enquiry information to respond and follow up, and keep it while needed for those purposes or applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion at privacy@steadspring.com. Please send only what is needed for your enquiry, without passwords, recovery keys, verification codes or private conversation histories.

The app has separate privacy information

This website does not run coaching sessions or collect app conversations. The current private testing app presents its own privacy information and agreement. Final app notices, including the confirmed operator, hosting and retention details, will be published before invitations to external testers.

In the testing app, the app server and AI provider process content for the features you use; conversations are not end-to-end encrypted. Separate-device couples conversations are shared with both participants. Individual conversations and memories are not automatically shared with a partner. On a shared device, anyone with access to the account or screen may see saved content.

Memory can be reviewed, edited or removed in the app, and can be turned off. Proposed sensitive memories require approval. Deleting an account can leave shared couples content available to the other participant, with account attribution removed. These are current testing features, not a substitute for the app’s full privacy notice.
