Questions about signing in, verification emails or something that isn’t working?
support@steadspring.comA little help
Steadspring is currently in development. If you’re testing the app, include your device model, operating-system version and a brief description of what happened.
Questions about signing in, verification emails or something that isn’t working?
support@steadspring.comQuestions about your data, correction, access or deletion?
privacy@steadspring.comPlease don’t email passwords, recovery keys, verification codes or full conversation histories. Share only what is needed to explain the issue. These inboxes are not monitored for emergencies or counselling.
Check the email address you used and your spam folder. Verification messages come from noreply@steadspring.com. Use the app’s resend option when available and enter the newest code; older codes are replaced.
Check your email and password. Account recovery currently uses your saved recovery key, not an email password-reset link. Keep the key private. If you need help, describe the error to support without including credentials.
Open the app’s Settings and select Delete my account, then follow the confirmation steps. If you cannot access the app, contact privacy@steadspring.com; we will need to verify your identity. Shared couples content can remain for the other participant after deletion, with account attribution removed. See our current testing information.
Contact support@steadspring.com with a brief description. Avoid forwarding sensitive conversation content unless needed and requested. Use the app’s disconnect option to end a separate-device partner connection. Support response procedures are still being prepared for the external beta.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In Canada or the United States, call or text 988 for suicide crisis support. In other countries, use the crisis service for your location. Steadspring cannot dispatch emergency help.
